Social Values Statement
The ethical principles that guide how we operate, make decisions and treat people
April 2026
Introduction
This statement sets out the values that sit at the heart of how Online Media Works operates. These are not aspirational goals or marketing messages. They are the ethical principles we apply every day when making decisions, choosing clients, setting prices, delivering services and building communities.
Online Media Works is a LinkedIn training and business coaching company led by Esther Partridge-Warner. These values reflect who we are and how we choose to do business.
Our Values
1. Honesty and Truthfulness
The principle: We are honest with our clients, even when the truth is uncomfortable. We do not tell people what they want to hear. We tell them what they need to hear, with respect and care.
In practice: Every coaching session, piece of advice and recommendation is grounded in truthfulness. If something is not working, we will say so. If we are not the right fit for a client, we will say that too.
2. Fair and Ethical Business Practice
The principle: We operate fairly in everything we do. Our pricing is transparent, our promises are realistic, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we encourage in our clients.
In practice: All pricing is published on our website. We offer various price points to suit different budgets. There is no hard sell, no pressure tactics and no hidden costs.
3. Ethical Client Selection
The principle: We choose who we work with carefully. We will not provide our services to businesses or individuals whose activities or behaviours conflict with our values. We will always choose to work with people who value kindness, professionalism and mutual respect.
In practice: We reserve the right to decline work with any business or individual whose practices are not aligned with our values, regardless of budget. Inclusivity is non-negotiable.
4. Authentic Marketing
The principle: We market our services honestly. We do not use manipulative tactics, manufactured scarcity, exaggerated income claims or misleading testimonials.
In practice: No "only 2 spots left" urgency when it is not true. No inflated results. No fake social proof. Our testimonials are real, and our marketing reflects what we genuinely offer.
5. Inclusion and Accessibility
The principle: Every person who works with us should feel welcomed, respected and supported, regardless of gender identity, neurodiversity, disability or background.
In practice: Esther has completed neurodiversity awareness training and personalises the client experience based on individual needs. We have strong testimonials from neurodivergent clients and those with physical disabilities and visual impairments. Esther is an active trans ally, and inclusion runs through everything we do.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
The principle: We treat client information with the highest level of care. Coaching conversations are confidential, and we handle all personal data responsibly.
In practice: We are fully GDPR compliant. Client data is never shared, sold or used without explicit consent. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable part of every client relationship.

Recognition
These values are not just words on a page. In March 2026, Esther was nominated for the Passion Egg award at the Good Egg Awards 2026, run by QSL ISO Quality Services Ltd. The award recognises individuals who embody passion in how they support their business community.
Helen Mulvenna, who nominated Esther, wrote:
"She pours her heart into helping small businesses grow, giving people confidence on LinkedIn, and generously sharing her expertise. She regularly offers discounted support sessions to trusted contacts, not because she has to, but because she truly wants others to succeed. Esther shows up prepared, proactive, and ready to help even when there's nothing in it for her.
Esther is passion personified and an incredible example of what it means to give back with heart."
Review
These values are not static. They are reviewed annually and evolve as our business grows. However, our core commitment to honesty, fairness, inclusion and ethical practice will not change.
