You may have noticed in your Facebook feed that reviews have now become recommendations.  How do they work and how can you use them to grow your business?

Andrew Macarthy has written a great post here.  By asking “What do you recommend about [business]?” Facebook prompts the user to think about specific factors about their experience.  For those that choose to not recommend the business, the wording “How could [business] improve?” positions them in a way that will encourage users to suggest solutions, rather than only stating what was bad about their experience.  This links with my favourite quote of the week this week!
