This week, Emma White of Real World Coaching encouraged me out of my comfort zone (yet again!) to join her on her podcast; Reality Bites.
Having never recorded a podcast I had no idea what to expect, and when faced with a PROPER recording studio I was feeling the fear!
You can see from the photo that equipped with a cup of tea and some biscuits (you can’t see these, I’ve eaten them) my nerves were calmed and we set about chatting, just as we would if the microphones and the tech wasn’t there.
Emma asked me for my favourite social media hack and as I’m sure you know, I’m a fan of creating a balance of curated and created content for social media. If you’re not sure what this is, please listen to the podcast (or ask me!) My hack for saving hours trawling through the interweb to find articles to share that are trustworthy and not full of inaccuracies is to set up Google Alerts for the topics that you know will be of interest to your audience. If you’re not sure how to do this, there is a good article here
As always, I’m happy to help!
