Effectively using social media to raise the profile of Worcester Community Foundation.

Worcestershire Community Foundation (WCF) wanted to raise their profile on social media, to connect with their grantee organisations and to build an online network of local charities.
Following a series of tailored training sessions with Online Media Works, WCF now have to know-how to use each platform and they have a clear purpose and target audience for each.
Their posts now reflect their brand’s message and are more cohesive. Followers have increased on each platform and engagement has increased by 56% on Facebook.
