Determined to change her story, Kath reached out for support through a Skills Boost funding recommendation and decided to work with me as her business coach. Her goals were straightforward: she wanted more leads, new clients, a stronger business structure, and—most importantly—accountability to keep her on track.

This partnership, along with her expanding local network, has truly transformed her business. In just six months, Kath welcomed more paying clients than she did in her first two years. It’s a powerful reflection of her hard work and growing confidence.
During the last 12 months Kath also completed a comprehensive professional organiser training course with Dilly Carter from Declutter Dollies, one of the UK's leading experts in home organisation. This accreditation equipped her with further skills and knowledge to enhance the service she offers to her clients, ultimately transforming cluttered spaces into organised, functional environments. The training proved invaluable when she had the opportunity to work behind the scenes on BBC One's "Sort Your Life Out," where she could apply these newly acquired techniques in real-world scenarios. Under Dilly's expert guidance, Kath gained insight into the psychology of clutter, systematic organising methods, and how to help clients create lasting change in their homes and lives. An absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Celebrating the Wins: The Power of a Cheerleader
Kath’s transformation is a true disco ball moment. She is now the centre of her own celebration, lighting up the room and inspiring others to shine too. She credits much of her success to having Esther as a supportive coach and accountability partner by her side:
