Programme: Clarity & Confidence Planning Party
Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Date: December 2025
“Networking and planning can sometimes feel very overwhelming, but this made everything manageable.”
“I walked in feeling defeated… and left feeling hopeful and focused.”
“It felt so good to realise I wasn’t the only one who’d found 2025 hard.”
Twelve business owners stepped into the Clarity & Confidence Planning Party carrying the usual weight that builds by year-end: half-finished goals, to-do list fatigue, and the quiet nag of “am I even doing this right?” What they left with was something far more powerful than just a strategy.
They left feeling calm, clear, and re-energised.

The Emotional Starting Point
This group wasn’t new to business. Some were in their first couple of years. Others had been trading for five or more. But all of them arrived with similar feelings: fatigue, uncertainty, and that familiar sense of being too close to everything to see it clearly.
“I was honestly dreading the year ahead,” one person shared during our opening check-in. “I know I should feel hopeful in December, but I just feel flat.”
Another admitted, “I feel like I’ve been in reactive mode for most of 2025… firefighting and faking confidence.”
What stood out wasn’t that they lacked ambition or ideas. It’s that they’d been so busy surviving the year that they hadn’t had time or space to actually process it. Many said they hadn’t even realised how much they needed the pause until they sat down.

A Safe, Supportive Space to Think (and Plan)
Once inside, the pressure softened.
The venue was warm, calm and thoughtfully styled — a space where no one felt like they had to perform or pitch. Movement breaks with Rachel Nicholls kept everyone’s bodies moving as well as their brains. And the delicious two-course lunch (plus constant tea and snacks) gave everyone space to connect in a relaxed, human way.
The day followed a carefully structured agenda that mixed deep reflection with practical planning:
- Reviewing what worked (and didn’t) in 2025
- Naming the numbers: revenue, pricing, and goals for Q1
- Defining what success really looks like for 2026
- Filtering through ideas to create focused plans
- Building a month-by-month action strategy
- Crafting a 30-day plan they could start straight away
Everyone worked at their own pace, using the printed workbook to map out their thoughts. Esther moved around the room, gently guiding, challenging, and coaching where needed.
“You made it so easy to actually get my ideas on paper,” said one business owner. “It usually stays all in my head.”

A Shared Shift
What was striking wasn’t just what each person created — it was the shared shift in energy by the afternoon.
“The room felt different after lunch,” someone observed. “You could feel the fog lifting.”
Where the morning had been cautious and quiet, the afternoon was full of scribbles, ideas, lightbulb moments and laughter. There were nods across the room as people shared similar blockers or aha moments. Several said just hearing others speak out loud helped them untangle their own thinking.
“No one here is pretending,” one person said. “And that makes it easier to be honest with myself too.”
What They Left With
Every delegate left with:
- A personalised, actionable plan for Q1
- A clearer sense of what success means to them in 2026
- A tailored revenue plan based on real-life numbers
- A practical 30-day roadmap they could start that same week
- New ideas for marketing, sales and visibility
- And most of all, a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and focus
The group walked out taller — not in a big launchy, “I’m going to change everything” way — but in a quietly powerful, “I’ve got this” kind of way.
One summed it up beautifully:
“You’ve made a planning and strategy session feel achievable and not overwhelming. You created such a supportive environment. Thank you.”

What's Next?
The group asked if the Planning Party would happen again — before I’d even finished clearing the mugs. So in 2026, we’re doing this quarterly. Same structure. Same safe space. Same results.
If you're ready to pause, reflect, and reset for your next quarter with the clarity and confidence you deserve, you can join us too.
Because you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
And sometimes, one good planning day can change everything.
