This is nine hours of direct one to one coaching across the year, plus ongoing support between sessions.
Disco Ball Strategy Session
We start with a proper strategy session, not a 30-minute "discovery call." Two hours, one to one, where we map your year. What's working, what's draining you, where the real money is, and what to stop doing. You leave with a written plan, not a pile of notes.
Four Quarterly Reviews
Every three months, a two-hour reset. We look at the numbers, the wins, the things that didn't work, and adjust the plan. This is how you stay on track without drifting back into firefighting mode.
Monthly Momentum Sessions
One hour every month, one to one. Focused coaching on whatever is in front of you right now. A pricing decision. A difficult client. A launch. A hire. Whatever it is, we work through it together.
Weekly Check-Ins
A short weekly nudge to keep your priorities visible and your week on track. Not a lecture. A quick anchor.

Common questions
Is this a LinkedIn programme? No. This is business coaching. We'll cover LinkedIn if it's part of your strategy, but Step Into Success is about your whole business, not just your profile.
What if I need to reschedule a session? Life happens. Sessions can be moved with reasonable notice and we'll always find a way.
How soon do we start? Once you book, I'll be in touch within 48 hours to schedule your Disco Ball Strategy Session. Most clients start within two weeks.
Can I pay in instalments? The programme is £995 paid in full at booking, which keeps the admin simple and the focus on the work. Get in touch if that's a blocker.
What's the difference between this and the Clarity and Confidence Planning Party? The Planning Party is a one-day group event, four times a year. Step Into Success is 12 months of one to one coaching. Different scale, different depth.
